We're a local shop run by local riders with countlesss hours of riding the legendary Mākara Peak trails. Our friendly and relaxed shop is a meeting place, ride centre and a bloody good bike shop. We love a yarn. You'll find us in baggy t-shirts, bike talking with fellow enthusiasts on our retro couches with a coffee in hand. We're a home away from home for all types of riders. We also offer discounts to fellow biking fans - WORD, Trails Wellington and Revolve members.

Mākara Peak Mountain Bike Park is located in 250 hectares of pristine native bush. We donate to The Mākara Peak Supporters to help with their conservation effort. Our staff volunteers to help with tree planting and track maintenance. Plus, everything in the store is recycled or reused where possible. Biking connects us back to nature, and we're here to help conserve this precious land.
With over 50 kilometres of world class single track, a 72 metre long suspension bridge, and panoramic views across Wellington Harbour, Cook Strait and the upper South Island, Mākara Peak Mountain Bike Park has something for riders of all ages and abilities. Staff Favourites like Pohatu, Ridgeline and Leaping Lizard will get you stoked!
