The Alcatraz 1 offers up a Series 3 aluminum frame built for the hard knocks, it’s stiff enough for lightning-fast acceleration and tough enough for the heavy hits. Short stays keep manuals easy and ambidextrous cable routing means you can run your brake on the left or right of the bars. There’s a suspension-corrected CrMo fork, front and rear Tektro mechanical disc brakes, Marin Custom Extrusion 26” Rims rolling on Vee Tire 2.25” rubber and plenty of bombproof Marin components. Best of all, it’s available in two frame sizes, regular and long to suit all rider heights.
